Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order, across India.

Delivery time: most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days of being placed. Deliveries to remote areas or the North-East may take a few extra days.

Processing: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery: COD is available on all orders. Please keep the exact amount ready when your parcel arrives.

Tracking your order: use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Order page. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, write to us at support@doorly.in

Delays: occasionally, courier delays happen due to weather, festivals or local restrictions. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll chase it for you.

Incorrect address: please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details, but we'll always try our best to help.
